Stitch It and Gift It Blog Hop! My Day! Nov 11

Carla of Creatin' In the Sticks is hosting this lovely blog hop with the spirit of giving in mind. See what our friends are making, stitching and gifting.

I've been taking the scrap basket and using up much of the tidbits to create pot holders as gifts for the holidays. Just add a couple of measuring or stirring spoons with a recipe card tuck in and the gift set is complete!

  11. Such pretty potholders!!! I use the potholders my husband's grandmother made...she made so many that her daughter, my beloved mother-in-law, was able to give us a new one for Christmas for several years. They are loved and cherished, but they certainly aren't the works of art that yours are!!
