I am Liking The Updated OMG Emblem A lot!
Again I will be participating in Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal March Linkup. This has actually been very encouraging as I have completed two tops ready for the LAQ so far this year!
NOW, I will be attempting to get a top completed to machine quilt myself! Yes! I am going to attempt using the home machine!
My sweet husband purchase the GO! for me. What a great gift! I played with it for a while then after a month...decided I wanted to get into making one of those cutsie Owl quilts I see everywhere! Out came the GO! cutter and waaaa-laaaa!
Aren't those owls Just Adorable!
The tree was cut free hand. And some applique words will be added to the bottom along with a couple other embellishments to pretty it up. (I must say...it is already pretty to me..wink--)I love using the machine blanket stitch for applique' so that is going to be my thing!
Here's to a March Goal! I wish to have this all sewn up, quilted and ready for gifting by the end of the month! Encouragement is Greatly Appreciated!
