After much time away from blogging, this was the perfect opportunity to swing back into action!
Can I honestly say I have a Favorite? I do love star blocks, and Oh! that churndash! Although, a most favorite for this season is this adorable cat head block which I originally found posted by Amanda at Jedi Craft Girl. She used the Basic Cat head pattern by Elizabeth Hartman, so did I!
To add to the festive look I added a border full of bats and will bind it in a solid black once quilted.
I hope you take a look at the pattern and have fun stitching this one up!
And to waste not, I stitched up all of these pretty little 5.5" to 6" blocks with the trimmings. If you notice, most are HST. I think they will all be incorporated into a pumpkin wall hanging. What are your ideas?
