Virtual Christmas Cookie Exchange!

It’s a Cookie Exchange! Time Flies and we meet again!

I found the cutest/funniest, seriously most trendy sugar cookie kit this week at the market. Dolly is it in social media right now. Which of my cookie baking, quilt-loving friend would purchase this?

How about this fun, kid-friendly Christmas treat? Is it a cookie? Is it a candy?

Crush the mini candy canes… not as easy as it would seem. We got big ol’ chunks and some dust. We still went with it!

Melt the chocolate discs and try not to take a taste.

Line up the pretzels, dip and coat.

Famous last words from my granddaughter, “Pinterest makes this looks so easy!” Sigh, mess every where! We had a good time.

Lesson learned, but the pre-crumbled peppermint, preferably the chocolate form 😊

And some gorgeous little stitched out cookie mats will be perfect for these! All we need is a cup of milk!

Go back and visit yesterday's participants in the exchange! And then check out today's friends that are sharing their yummy treats!

  1. Oh my goodness I'm sure Duncan Hines had no idea what a hit Dolly was going to be this time of the year! LOL!! I love those dipped pretzels, but they are a mess to make. Merry Christmas!

  2. Those pretzel rods looks great, and I can relate to the mess with all the chocolate I've been melting lately. Hate the clean up but love the end product. Hee, hee! Your cookie mats are really cute! Thanks for sharing!

  4. The pretzels look fabulous. I will eat them with a cup of coffee but milk would be good, too.

  6. Oooo, chocolate dipped pretzels are so yummy and even better making them with such a cutie like that! I hadn't thought to add peppermint crumbles to them. Sweet, sweet mug rugs, too. Thank you so much for being a part of this blog hop tradition, Anita! xo

  10. I love the chocolate covered pretzels. I need to make some with my kiddos this year. The trick is to put the melted chocolate into a tall glass so dunking is easier and less messy!
